Certificate of authenticity

I need to get another certificate of authenticity paper
from gateway, cause I lost it and it has the product code
for me to enter in the spaces to continue, if I don't
have it then I can't get any further than that. How can
I get it?

Since your computer is Gateway OEM, Gateway is your only source.

the key is on a sticker there. If not, call Gateway.
