Certificate Authority and NetMeeting

I used to be able to use NetMeeting's Remote Desktop
Sharing feature to administer my DC. After I installed
Certificate Authority service, I'm no longer able to use
NetMeeting but i'm still able to do a terminal services
connection. Is there anyway to re-establish my NetMeeting
Remote Desktop feature?
