certain things being blocked

I need help finding out how to unblock certain things on certain
internet sites. Forinstance, when I go to shutterfly to download my
pictures, the thing that used to pop up to down load them pops up
blank. let me know what settings I need to mess with . thanks,

You can try going to Tools --> Internet Options --> Security Tab ..Try
lowering the security level to see if that helps.

You can also try going into the Privacy tab and lowering that as well
to see if that does the trick.
