I'm having a problem with an MP4 file I want people to be able to download
from a page on my web site. If I change the file extension to something
like PDF or ZIP, or whatever, it allows me to download it. If I change the
extension to any 3 letter combination other than certain standard ones, I
get a file not found error page. The site is being hosted on my own server
here in house, running Windows 2003.

So, any ideas what might be going on?

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Alan Baldwin

How about MP3, does that work?

You need to visit the Windows 2003 newsgroup for help with setting up a mime type for MP4 files
