Cells-Text-WordWrapProblems

I am using MS Office, Office 11, Excel. Is there a limitation to the number
of text characters (words) that a cell can contain? I have a form created.
I increased the size of a row so that it takes up about 1/2 of a page. In the
cell I was typing in, I selected word wrap. After approximately 12 lines of
text, the cell would no longer word wrap; it cut off the rest of the typing.
Please let me know if there are limitations to characters in a cell.
Thanks.

From the help file:
32,767 characters. Only 1,024 display in a cell; all 32,767 display in the
formula bar.
