Cell spacing doesn't work in Frontpage with a Mozilla browser

The cell spacing works fine when viewed with Internet Explorer but it does
not work when I view it with a Mozilla browser. Is there different code I
need to put in to activate cell spacing with Mozilla and/or other browsers?

Hard to know for sure what you mean by "works." cell-spacing is an old HTML
attribute, and is supported by all browsers that I know of. However,
different browser support things differently. So, how about clarifying what
the problem is? "does not work" does not work.

What I mean is that there is no cell spacing "white spaces" when I view my
webpage with a Mozilla browser. There are no white lines between the cells,
no matter how thick I set them in Frontpage. All cells just merge together.
When viewed with IE there is cell delineation (white lines) between the cells
