cell phone to usb port on modem establishing connection- please he

Installed samsung cell to usb port on front of modem. in xp samsung program
connect to internet, try to connect says cannot find port to establish
internet connection? no disc hardware on dial-up, please help how to connect
and work thanks anyone ?

I don't know much about it but I think the samsung (wireless phone?)
would be setup to make an internet connection through the phone
service network. To direct it to establish a connection via the usb
cable might require a change in the samsung setup.
