rng.Borders(xlEdgeBottom)

where the border can be xlDiagonalDown, xlDiagonalUp, xlEdgeBottom,
xlEdgeLeft, xlEdgeRight, xlEdgeTop, xlInsideHorizontal, or xlInsideVertical.
