Cell and Table properties in Frontpage 2003

Hello,

I just started working with Frontpage 2003 but I have a little problem with
cell and table properties...
The use of background pictures is disabled, how can i enable this option?

I tried this and it doesn't work...

Does somebody else know what to do?

Tools Page Options Authoring - select IE 5+ for your browser and schema
Also set the Browsers dropdown to Internet Explorer Only or to Custom
