It would have been more helpful if you had posted the exact text of the
error message. I'm guessing that the error message is at startup and
says this file is missing. If I have guessed wrong, please give the
exact text *after* going through the following troubleshooting.

A Google search for "cdyrqb.exe" brings up nothing, which is a strong
indication of malware. So either your antivirus/antispyware software
removed the malware and left a reference to it in Startup or your
computer is still infected but this malware file isn't being found.

If you were that thorough and are 100% sure the machine is clean, remove
the startup call by running the System Configuration Utility:

Start>Run>msconfig [enter]

This brings up the System Configuration Utility. Look on the Startup tab
and find the probable culprit. Uncheck the box next to its name, Apply
and OK out. You don't need to restart immediately, but the next time you
do you'll get a dialog saying you've used the Utility. Just tick the box
that says in effect, "don't bother me about this again".

Important - Do not use the System Configuration Utility to stop
processes. Instead, use Start>Run>services.msc [enter] and do not stop
any services unless you really, really know what you're doing.

If you were *not* that thorough, I suggest that you go through the steps
outlined at the first link to make sure your machine is completely clean.

The name of a file is NOT an error message.

Please post the EXACT error meesage you see on the screen.

Well, as others note, that isn't really a very clear description of what
you're seeing, but...

Executable names that appear to be almost randomly generated are very
frequently malware (virus, trojan etc).

And when those names appear in error messages, it often means that your
anti-virus is working and deleted the file, but did not delete the reference
in the startup files that launched it. Windows does what the startup files
tell it to, but when the file isn't found (having been deleted in a virus
scan), it produces an error message.

So, it would appear that your system at least *was* infected, and may well
still be. You should clear out all the temporary file folders and
browser caches, and re-scan the computer. It's possible that another
version of the file, under another new random name, hasn't been detected, or
that the creator of the file is lurking somewhere.

You can find the launcher references by going to start, run, msconfig.
