amlooking for a program that will tell the exact speed your cpu is doing at
certain times. surfing, downloading,, etc....thanks for any help
 
Your CPU always does the same speed assuming you haven't
overclocked/underclocked it.

I think what you want to know is the load (% of usage) which all
windows have a tool to do. Sorry can't remember what it's call in 9x,
but in XP you Ctrl+Alt+Del simultaneously and select the performance
tab...

There are other progs out there that will do the same thing as Windoz
own, but they tend to eat up cycles and memory.

A really nice little utility for reading all the information on your
CPU,RAM, cache, Etc is "CPU-Z".
