CDRW problems

When we try to copy to our CDRW drive - all the files we tryo to copy end up
in a "files ready to be copied" directory and not onto the CD ? Any help much
appreciated.

Ady,
In that window you should see a task pane on your left hand side. In that
taskpane you should see an item called burn to cd or something similar at
the top of the pane. If you don't see the task pane click on the folders
button in your taskbar
