i got a virus and i am running zone alarm with antivirus. and this file came
up with the virus too. the file cannot be repaired. so my question is, it
is giving me too choices to delete it or rename it? is it something that i
need. can someone plz help me. thanks very much. oh sorry i am
running xp pro.

The file is a WindowsXP file for the CD player. If it is corrupted with a
virus
you'll need to quarantine or delete it. If you have your utility disks for
the PC,
you could uninstall the CD player and reinstall it with the CD which will
replace the deleted file. You'll also need to delete your restore points to
delete the file there for that one also has the virus in it.
