CD

I have a sony CD R W ( Just one device) When I right click the D: icon to
check the properties or view the items on the cd I get an error page that I
can send to micro soft.....it wont open I am really confused.... sometime I
put a license type cd in or one of my audio personal cds and it wont open
too..... maybe there is some xp software conflict or I loaded B's clip from
the sony install cd. Does anyone have an idea??? thanks
