every time i try to copy stuff i says there is problem
can not write to cd pleses try again, insert new disk
ect. but if i use a lens cleaner it usally works, do i
have to this every time, am using xp wizard.

Hi,
Do the same problem occurs if you use other CD burning software such as
Nero? If so, it might be due to a dirty lens. Also try with another brand of
CDR media.
