CD writing Wizard

I am trying to backup files from Quicken which I have done before using the
CD writing wizard in XP. I get the bubble saying files are temporarily
stored and click to see them. After I click the bubble the files aren't
there. It used to work. Any suggestions. Thanks.

You can't write files directly to disc from within an application like
Quicken using XP's built in recording software. For that you need third
party software like Roxio's Drag to Disc, InCD from Nero or Sonic's DLA. You
could try a work around though like one here
