Where do files waiting to be burned to CD live?

My wife uses Quicken and backs up the data files to CD. The stupid CD
writing wizard doesn't actually write the files to CD, it only queues them
up somewhere to be burned later. Where do the files live?

Also, how can I disable the wizard so that applications that can write
directly to CD (Photoshop, Quicken, etc.) can do so without having to mess
around with the wizard?

Thanks,
David

C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name Here\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\CD Burning

My Computer | Right click CD drive | Properties |
Recording tab | UNCheck: Enable CD recording on this drive |
Apply | OK

I have the opposite problem here - I want to use the wizard but it doesn't work. I followed the directions to endable cd recording - but I do not have a recording tab. I have Windows XP home. I can copy my picture cd's with Nero and Roxie - but the wizard is easy and quick. Any suggestions

In a CD Burning folder in her user profile
C:\Documents and Settings\hername\

Only by installing some third party 'packet writing' software that
enables a CD-RW to be regarded as a big floppy, or very small slow hard
drive. See more at http://aumha.org/win5/a/xpcd.htm
