CD Writer on a network

Hi
I have a p2p network at home with a cd burner (which i have shared) on my
desktop. I am wondering is it possible to burn a cd over the network using my
laptop? I have allready tried mapping the drive but it did not recognise that
the mapped drive was actually a cd burner it saw it as a folder instead.
Any thoughts would be helpful

I'm sorry, but it isn't possible to change the behavior that you saw.

Copy the data that you want to put onto a CD onto the computer that
has the CD burner, and burn it from there.
