I am upgrading winXP over win2000 using a CD (ie: while logged into win2000).

Can I put an answer file somewhere on the CD? What directory and what should
that file be named?

Thanks

yes, not OEM either.

Make a proper unattended CD using the resources found on the above
web page.

Beginning User --> Step 4 to be specific. (for the unattended.txt/winnt.sif
filename you asked about.)
