If you want to be able to write and delete files on a CD-RW and use it like
you would use your hard drive, you should use a packet writing software
(like Direct cd from Roxio or any other) to burn your media.
You are probably using Windows native burning software (mastering software)
which is similar to Roxio's ez cd creator or Nero's.
