Just installed Iomega CD-RW 48x24x48x DVD-Rom 16x and get continuous "serious error" messages from Windows XP with no functioning of the new device. Others have this problem and what did they do to solve it?
Is the new drive correctly identified in the BIOS? Is it set as master or
slave? Did you re-check all jumpers at the rear of the drive and the power
and ribbon cable?
