CD-RW driver download

Need to download a CD-RW driver. The CD is a version HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE-8320B. I have looked all over the microsoft site as well as others. The CD rom drive on my machine has been disbaled accidentally and I need this device drive. Can anyone direct me to it?
