What does it take to get the CD-ROM to be mounted ?
I started with a minilogon image with the CD-ROM, cdfs etc.
I had to include "all" the CD-ROM components to get the one that worked. The
one found by TAP didn't seem to allow the CD-ROM drive to show in the
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\IDE.
I've been adding various componets trying to get the CD-ROM to be assigned a
drive letter.
I currently have the following componets added to try to get it to work or
see what's working;
Primitive - StorProp
PnP (User Mode)
Disk Management Command Line
Service Command Line Tool
Volume Mounting Utility
I even switched to WinLogon and still can't get the CD-ROM to be mounted and
show with a drive letter. I have a "Vampire" image that can see the CD-ROM
but I'm not seeing something obvious about what component(s) are required.
Any insight will be greatly appreciated.
