CD ROM/RW PROBLEMS

I can't seem to use my CD ROM or RW and am getting the following message from
the device manager:

Windows successfully loaded the device driver for this hardware but cannot
find the hardware device. (Code 41)

Anyone got a scooby??

Have you uninstalled burning software lately? Anyway you might try this
utility.
