CD Rom problems....

Help !!!! What has happened to my cd rom??? It was
working when I upgraded to XP and it now reads a cd that
I am using for a photo disk but when I tried to install
windows Plus disk it will not start nor can I get
explorer to tell me what's on the disk...Ughhh

I have the similar problem and I wonder you have figure

If your cd drive letter is missing try the kellys-kroner
web site. If your drive letter is there try inserting a
disc in (all) cd-type drives and reboot. this is the only
fix I have seen work on my daugter's xp pro machine
