cd rom problem

when I right click on a file and the box opens . on send to I no longer have
the option to send to my cd/dvd recorder. and when i put a cd in my cd rom
it will not let me view whats on the disc. I have checked that auto play is
on and it is correct on the files types. any Ideas....
