My CD Rom Drive does not show up in My Computer. It does
show up in the device manager but with a yellow
mark.Updating or Rolling back drivers does not help. What
do I do?

Shut off your computer and disconnect the power. Remove and re-seat the IDE
cable. It sometimes happens that these cables become loose. Check your
owners manual for the proper precautions to take to avoid electrostatic
discharge and damage to the IDE cable. If you're not comfortable with
working inside your computer -- nothing wrong with that -- then have a
trusted friend do it for you. A less likely explanation is that the IDE
cable itself has gone bad. If re-seating the cable doesn't help, try
replacing the cable with a new one.

First remove the device from the device manager and reboot and see if it
returns to normal.
