Can not write on them. The wizzard says there is no
disk and Also get the message "there is no disc in the drive. Please insert
a writable DC into drive." I have look at Http://support.
microsoft.com/kb/324129/en-us?FR=1&PA=1&PA=1&SD=HSCH but it only tells
me that there may be a corrupted dirver. It tells how
to remove it but it does not give me exactly what to next.
I have tried the http://microsoft.com/shdc/hcl/default.mspx
but there is no list of support devies that I could find. I'm
not sure but I wonder if my driver is "lite-on L7R48327S??????. This is the
first time I have tried
to saved E-Mails to the CD. Nothing happens.

If it is a driver furnished by Microsoft, then reboot.
If not, then contact the maker of the device.
However, that was the message that I got when it was a hardware failure of
the device. Software can't fix hardware.
