Cd-player and Cd-RW isn not regognize...

Dear people I have got the next problem. I have W XP. My
Cd-player and Cd-RW are installed, but not regognized.
There are yellow exclemation marks in front of these
things. The types are: Cd-player Liteon LTN 4855, and for
the Cd-RW: Philips PCRW 804. The same question is
regarding the PCI Simple communications controller
Can somebody help me please? I'll be very thankfull!
