CD index marks

The original specs for CDs provided for index points in addition to tracks.
They allow for identifying certain points inside a track. Almost nobody
makes CDs with index marks these days, but I would like to. Does anyone
know of a ripping program that will allow the use of index points--not just
track numbers?

The only one I've heard (and not from personal experience) isn't freeware
.... it's Feurio.
