cd- dvd-floppy

problem with all three drives
when i put a cd in i can here it trying to do something
but nothing happen same with the floppy drive
when i put a dvd in i can hear noise and then the dvd tray open
when i go to my computer and click on the cd all i get is a hour glass and
after some time it said my computer no responding
when i go to device manager and click on the properties it said this device
is working properly
i also have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers

Look in the Microsoft Windows Event Viewer for error messages that pertain
to the CD-ROM drive. Check system log. Try to troubleshooting your problem
