CD/DVD Drives

I've just purchased hp a650y with Windows XP Home
Edition, and already my CD/DVD drives aren't working as
they should be. How can I re-install them?
 
If you "just purchased" your computer and it's not working properly you
should exercise your warranty rights and ask HP to help you.
