CD Drives Not Recognized and will not reinstall

Hello, Everyone:

My nephew installed a beta software that is supposed to
copy cd's faster using my existing cd-rw drive. It never
worked and now both by cd-rw drive and dvd rom drive will
not work and will not reinstall even after I uninstalled
the beta software. Error message reads:

"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its
configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete
or is damaged (code19)".

For some reason I do not have any restore points before
the date this error happened. Please help.

Save the file below to your hard drive. Navigate to where you saved it and
double click the file. A confirmation dialog will appear when the script is
done. You may need to reboot for the change to take effect.
