CD drive

Have a problem with my CD drive not functioning and have just read a post
suggesting the lens could be dirty and to purchase a lens cleaner.

Question - how do I use this lens cleaner CD if the CD drive isn't working?

Sue, very good question. But what's the problem. If it's not reading a
CD but at least the indicator lite is
flashing then a CD cleaner might help. If nothing is going on then it
could be a defective drive or cable.
