cant copy photos to cd.

hi.
i have a time computer with windows xp i bought last
year.i now want to copy photos i have taken on to a blank
cd but every time i use the wizard it tells me to insert a
blank cd even though i have one in. i have tried different
cd's and a lens cleaner but the same message comes up.
 
Are you using Windows to copy the files or software such as Ahead Nero? If
Winodws, try here and download version 5.5 express www.nero.com
