Cd drive missing/Vcd

Hi
I have some problem to find my cd rom device..
my shortkey on taskbar does not work anymore
can somebody help me please?

Try double clicking My Computer, right click the cd-rom and select create
shortcut, to get a new Icon on the desktop.
Then delete the old Icon from the taskbar, and drag the new one there in
place of it.
