CD Drive - Disk not formatted

OK - I'm getting there! But...

After the FBA, all is OK until I try read a CD in the CD drive. Clicking on
the CD drive letter in Explorer gives a popup:
"Disk is not formatted. Windows cannot read from this disk. etc"

I know the disk is good. Ideas anyone?

Have you included CDFS in your image?
 
Doesn't ring a bell. I'll check when I get back home (at work now.)
