When I insert the cd into the drive, it does not auto run. I try to apply
kb126025 and quote"-

2. On the Device Manager tab, double-click CD-ROM, and then double-click the
entry for your CD-ROM.
3. On the Settings tab, click to select the Auto Insert Notification check
box.
4. Click OK, click Close, and then click Yes when you are prompted ....

I could not find the 'setting tab" Am I missing something here? How can I
set the cd to auto run?

For some games' cd, I use Right click start>explore and point to the cd
drive and point o setup icon, but I get the message that says something like:
-" win32 is not a window program"
please help and thanks

Rt-click start. L-click Explore. Rt-click Drive. L-click Properties.
Click on AutoPlay-tab. L-click "Select an action to perform". Choose the
action wanted for the type file shown in top Drop-down menu. L-click Apply.
Change the type file in top drop-down menu. Repeat selection as you did for
1st type file. etc. HTH, s
