cd collection template

I guess this maybe a bit 'entry level' but as an Acess newbie I am trying to
use it to catalogue my cd and dvd collection, with scope for actors/studios,
performers tracks. Does nyone have a template to cover this kind of thing
that could get me started. much thanks
