I have a cdrom and a cdrw that worked fine until recently and now win2k just
doesn't see them anymore. All the connections are fine and they both have
power. It just they can't be found anywhere in the OS.
Any ideas on how to fix this one?

Thanks for any help
Nick

The cdrom is the primary slave and the cdrw is the secondary master.

Have a look in Device Manager. You'll probably find that it reports your
registry corrupted. This may or may not help.
