cd burning

reinstalled mp, encoder and bonus pack, still cannot burn
cds. error msg "encountered an unknown problem" still
pops up. know there r others with this prob. no one has
found the solution?

Are you also receiving Error# C00D11CD? Please let me
know if you find the fix...I've been trying for weeks now
with no success.

i think this is a msn fix, Chaz. really dont think there

is anything the layman can do about this
