CD Burner

I have recently installed Win XP Pro SP 2( Fresh install) Using the cd
burner software included in XP all I get is a blank unusable disc,It says
all is ok But the disc is blank and useless.Can anybody help

Did you check for driver updates before installing SP2 as advised by
MS?
