I'm not going to have many details but maybe someone has run across the same
problem. It's on a friend's computer that I have not looked at personally.
I would guess there's a program that making this happen, but he's not into
computers enough to find it himself. It is a Dell 8000 series computer
running XP but with a non-Dell CD burner that he installed. The computer
will automatically eject the CD tray and also close the tray. It will
happen when the computer is idle and nobody is running anything on it. Is
there a known problem with any software that will cause this? TIA
