cd broke:lost receipt- how do i get a replacement cd?

The Microsoft web site wasnt clear on who I call and the
price of a replacement CD: I have the original box and the
s-called certificate of auhtority- but the CD is cracked-
and unusable- how do I get a replecement and how much does
it cost? I was unable to reach Microsoft- they are closed
today- Labor Day.. htank oy - Patrick -- I have Windows
XP home edition upgrade...
