CD Autoplay Problem

I Have A problem About CD Autoplay, When I Insert A CD ,
The CD , Label In My Computer Won't Refresh And Label
Remains From Previous CD , Therefore AutoPlay Wont Work ,
Of Course when I Open The CD Drive The Files And Folders
Are Correct From New CD. But Why Wrong Label???
It Seems Wont Refresh when Changing CD Until I Reboot.

I Think My Problem IS Due To Explorer ( Or Regisrtry ) I
Dont Know??

My Problem Is that Explorer Dont Try To Read New CD's
Untill When I Open Drive Manually , But The CD Label
remains Wrong!!
