CCleaner issue

In W98SE and ME, since I've been running CC (latest version) on shutdown.
During bootup next morning, I'm now always greeted with the screen "wait
while windows updates config files".

I selected nothing unusual to clean, wonder if anyone else sees this in
W98SE or ME?

When you use CC and do a spring clean, it normally has to run again on a
restart to finish it`s housework.
If you want to prove this, do a CC, then restart your computer straight
away. Now switch of for the night, and see what happens in the morning. best

Its only cleaning up files that were in use.
