CC Without File Attachements

Does anybody know how to cc somebody without sending the file attachment? Thanks.
 
Our IT does not know the answer to your question, Vonnel. I suggest you talk to me.
 
When you cc or bcc someone, you're sending the exact same message as to the
person in the TO field, so I doubt you can do this. You could just send
another copy of the original message by forwarding the sent message, and
remove the attachment.
