catch 22

I have recently purchsed a copy of Norton AntiVirus 2004,
I'm having a big problem with it. I can not download
the "Virus Defitions", I researched the problem at
symantec's website and found out that have to be logged
into the Administrator account to sucessfully download
them. when I am in "safe mode" I can not dial up the
internet to download them, how can I fix my little
situation. Thanks

If using XP Home, the builtin Administrator account is available in Safe
Mode but any other user accounts that are members of the Administrator
*group* can log on in "normal" Windows.
