catastrophic failure

I was nearly done with my whole movie when I went to save
my work, and a warning popped-up on my
screen "Catastrophic failure." Should I click ok and it
should restore my movie to its last save; Or will I loose
everything. Please Help ASAP!!! Thanks
 
There are automatic backups made of your project file, at the interval you
have in your options settings. When you restart MM2, it'll ask if you want
to use the last auto saved project file. Seems like you should say yes.
