Sometimes my computer goes to a blue screen stating that Windows had a
catastrophic error and has an error code of 0x0000000A
(0x9DC46240,0x00000002,0x00000000,0x80522C18). The computer freezes up and
when I hit the power button on the computer to turn it off a turbo fan comes
on, pretty strange. What is going on and what do I need to do to stop this
error?

could be something overheating, eg
motherboard, video card, etc..

but you use the word "sometimes" which
doesn't help with the diagnosis...

maybe you should check that your
turbo fans are connected securely and
always on. Maybe simply removing the
side panel off the pc cabinet might help
with cycling cool air into it (thats if the
heat is your issue)

when the pc is functional download
something called pc wizard 2005 and
see if this provides more helpful information.

There are many possible causes for this, ranging from a bad hardware driver,
to faulty or incompatible hardware to software problems. You need to start
your troubleshooting by looking at when this error started and what changes
were made to the system right before it started. Also look in Event Viewer
in both the system and application logs for error entries at the time the
error occurs to see if there is any information about it. Here is a link to
information on this error:
